Launching a successful membership program

As B12 Love’s core software, Zenoti has streamlined operations across locations and improved many aspects of the brand’s workflow.

“We use it for basically everything,” laughs Gallegos. “It helps us streamline online booking, scheduling, payments, and it’s been huge for our memberships.”  

Launching a membership program has been pivotal for B12 Love, especially as membership models are becoming the steadiest source of revenue growth for medspas, according to data from the 2024 Zenoti benchmark report for the beauty and wellness industry.

“We actually launched our program through Zenoti, and that was a huge advantage and selling point when choosing our next software partner,” shares Gallegos.
