Icebox was the first brick and mortar cryotherapy studio in the country.
And, four years ago we started franchising. We're really excited about the growth and now that we're able to offer this amazing modality to communities all over the country to help people and teach them a different way of healing themselves.
Zenoti has helped us tremendously.
We were really looking for a new solution that can help our franchisees, maximize efficiencies, make more money, ultimately, and for us, corporately, just ease of reporting, better oversight on the business. We can make more informed business decisions with good data, and that's something that we were missing.
We changed our whole membership program. It's exciting that we're able to change it, and the only way we could do it is with Zenoti. We feel like our membership revenue will grow for the studios because of the change and the ease of it and the ability of, you know, traveling memberships. And now everything in our whole entire company is traveling. We're not only doing traveling memberships, but traveling gift cards and, packages, and we've never been able to do that before. And that's really awesome for our studios.
I think Zenoti has really helped too with the consumer process.
The app, the web store, everything is easy for them to buy and book. And our online sales have gone up even in this short time period.
So we're excited to see that grow.
The benefit of us being able to not have other studios change pricing or change services or add services that are not ours or skews that aren't ours, you know, it just helps with the controlling of the of the franchise locations, which ultimately benefits other franchise locations because then there's not undercutting and pricing. Even though we're controlling that process a lot, it's really so that everyone gets along properly. As we're opening up new stores that had never worked with our other, software platform, we get to actually see, you know, the ease of onboarding.
The Zenoti onboarding process is super quick Mhmm. Which is something that we were missing at our previous point of sale. So we are very excited about that.
The reporting with Zenoti is is helpful and will continue to be helpful to not only teach our franchisees and our studios how to look at their business, but for us to really understand benchmarking and what averages look like and how we're growing. And thank god we're growing month over month and year over year.
