J Sterling's spa was started in 2015 with our first location in Winter Park. We specialize in massage, facial, waxing and laser hair removal. The biggest impact is, is how much we can manage our business very well with just limited amount of management staff, we managing all five locations.

It would have been impossible with separate on prem solutions that we had before. So Zenoti has really created online booking system where kids can look at that convenience any time regardless, they can pick up the daytime service they would like to do the therapists they want to book with any enhancement they would like to add in, so it makes it really easy for them.

And it has increased our online booking. I would say 30% to 40% more than what we had before. Zenoti also has the integrated intake form. So when client looks the appointment, they receive the intake form online like well, so they can fill it out before they come in. And it really helps. It goes through completely paperless.

Our previous solution did not have integrated forms, so in Zenoti everything changed because now with one click, we can see what they are offering, how they want the service to be customized. The challenging part with the previous system was the capturing of their email addresses and text messages. Because we had to manually enter data in a separate system.

So with Zenoti system everything is integrated. When you are sending somebody an email receipt, the email is captured and plugs right into your marketing system. And if Zenoti clients can customize their email and text message preferences right in their client profile.

With Zenoti it doesn't matter where the client has purchased the gift card, it's just one profile, one gift card they can purchase from location one go to location 5 seamless. The client experience is just so smooth they are elated. It would be just impossible if to grow beyond how far we have come if we were with the old system.
