My name is Shane Evans, and I am the Founder and President of Massage Heights. Massage Heights is a membership based therapeutic massage and skin care company, and our purpose is to elevate the every day. We started this in 2004 with really just the desire to bring massage mainstream. So that more people can enjoy the therapeutic benefits. And in order to do that, we had to make it affordable, convenient and professional.

We chose Zenoti over the other vendors because we believe that Zenoti was really the most robust platform out of the box and because it had relevant and current functionality. There's actually so many reasons that this business model needs this type of software. One, obviously just business management, just the basics, which is the scheduling, the CRM aspects of it, the marketing functionality of it.

We need to make sure that we have the ability to have high touch relationships with our guests and members. This was probably the most attractive part of the Zenoti platform for us. The strategic benefit that Zenoti provides Massage Heights is the ability to elevate our guest experience. Zenoti is going to allow us to do things that allow us to stay in touch with our customers and predict behaviors and just manage our business better.
