Previous platforms haven't had the ability to have a completely integrated solution from the ability to automate client communications to the ability for us to segment and market to specific parts of our database. Zenoti has all of that covered with past systems.
People have had to use either an add on esims system or an add on marketing system, and now everything is seamless for people booking appointments and booking online. It's an amazing, seamless experience for the client to be able to see what's available book at their fingertips. We've not only improved our number of consultations by 40% up on the same time last year, but we've improved the number of people that turn up to these appointments.
Some of the acquisitions that we've made, we've seen a change in the weekly collections by approximately 300%. So it's been an amazing revelation for them. And part of that is just having everything in one place and making it easy for the people on the ground to actually run their business.
