My name's Joe Kelton. I'm the COOA of Removry.
Removery is amazing. We were formed in twenty nineteen through the amalgamation of four of the US and Canada top brands in tattoo removal. And at that point, we had thirty three locations.
We brought them all together, and we rebranded as Removry in COVID, which was pretty hectic.
We reopened in July twenty twenty. And since then, we've built to a hundred and fifty locations where the world's life and only pure play scaled tattoo removal business.
Sonady, is so intertwined in our business. We really couldn't live without it at all. We really use it every moment of every day. I think From the studio perspective, it gives them a great visibility into client history. It gives them an ability to, to store all of their notes. It integrates our contact center, our field sales team, and our HQT.
To bring everything together on one platform where we have real time access to data, it's just been amazing.
It helps me every day. I am on Zaneda every day as is every single person in my team.
The ability to integrate with data tools like PowerBI has been, like, just game changing for us to be able to see analytics statistics at your at your fingertips.
The ability for me even from my phone to see what's happening at each studio to being able to get up to date revenue reports on a minute by minute basis.
It's it's amazing.
When I'm out in studios, the thing that we always ask people is how easy or difficult is it for you to get to know the Zaneda platform? After the first couple of days when they get used to it, everything is really where they expect it to be, and everything is quite organic and easy to use. Zenodie does everything from online booking all the way through to payments.
We store all of our photos and clients details there.
We will continue to grow through the markets that we're already in. So Australia, Canada, Canada, and the and then look further afield for new markets to grow and develop in.
We we we wanna bring the the best possible tattoo removal solution to the world. So growth for us is pretty uncapped. We have and always will recommend Zanady.
