We are using Zenoti, like a digital tool. We see ourselves as a new generation of hairdressers and, and in that way we actually mean that we are going more digital than the common hairdresser are in Denmark. So we use Synology to push that forward and to get the guest into the digital way, and it's working well. What we have been always been searching for, from other systems was, like, because everything today is is, on Instagram and, and Facebook doing campaigns, sending a message.
And the problem before was that we're doing a lot, but when the customers, they expected something, then it was very complicated. And Zenoti fixes that for us.
Problem before Zenoti was that, we had the data in different systems, and we couldn't connect them all together.
And Zenoti made it possible for us to have it all in one place so that we can analyze the data. We could send out the text messages through the emails.
So instead of us using a lot of time to using different programs and taking data from each of them and then putting together to see the results, then Synodia have done it possible for us to have it all in one place. Like, before, it was not possible for us to go so much in details about their spend, how many times they visit us.
So it just made it possible for us to now make more, like, specific, marketing and do it directly to the to the guest.
We have a lot of new guests.
We have a membership, which is quite good, which gives you a discount benefit.
But we need to to keep our guests coming for more often visits that they actually do. So we will use the systems in Cenote to actually go that far. So that is that is a good thing for us to actually go that way.
Everything is in one system. It's re we can see, like, a lot of people are using our app now. The quick booking is is really nice. And now we are taking the next step towards memberships, which is, really, really, exciting. We are pushing for Klarna as well, because, right now, we have an inflation.
So we know that a lot of online sites are using, like, do you wanna divide this in ten? Yes. I would like because I don't have the cash now. So we know that we could we we could get some more.
But, but, we're really, really happy with the system actually.
I think many of us are looking for some of the the same features, and it's a good way to brainstorm and have some sparing about how are they using Zenoti.
Can we get something from them? And could they maybe get something from us? Because we are using it in a different way maybe. So, I think that was the the main thing and of course it's nice to hear about the new features but, like, meeting the team and meeting co SINOT users, that's, that's the main thing.
Synoti helps our business to be more efficient by, getting the the clients to actually do a lot of the work that the hairdressers normally do at the at the selling point, because Cenote helps on getting giving the the guests the best experience.
They can book easily through the app. They can, use our system to see their, coming appointments, but they can also reschedule or cancel an appointment, which give them a great flexibility, and our customers choose that in Odile.
