So I've been delivering the nutrient injections for almost twenty years. I started as a midwife, so I consider myself a pioneer in the industry when it comes to nutrient therapies. And I think what's unique about our business model is that we do have doctors at almost all of our locations. So if people are having deeper concerns, they'll be will they will be able to address those.

We've embraced, you know, technology and software almost since the beginning of the business. We've been in business for almost ten years.

And, you know, Zenoti has really, allowed us to just get, just have a a better client experience, better staff experience. It's been a good software for us in terms of helping us manage, you know, our bookings and scheduling and Yeah. You know, collecting payment.

It's basically one of the first touch points for clients, when they visit our website.

You know, there's links to our online booking portal.

We also have, you know, the consumer mobile app as well as CMA app, where where clients, or new clients can discover us and and book. So, I would say that, you know, forty percent of our bookings have happen, you know, online. It's been great for the business.

Denodi is, like, ninety eight percent of our it's our core software. So, I mean, we we obviously, we're using it for for online booking Booking.

Scheduling. We're using it for Membership.

Payments. Membership.

Everything.

Membership's gonna be a big part of it too.

With the KnowDe, we've we've we've actually launched the program. Yeah. We have different tiers. Right? And it's really been allowed allowed us to support those different tiers and different payment options. And so, it's definitely, what was one of the advantage to the selling points for for moving our businesses.
