My name is Dominic Blake. I'm the managing director of blush hair and beauty wear, a chain of hairdressers based in the Midlands throughout the UK. Our plans at blushes over the next few years is to continue growing. We've recently gone from one salon to three salons, and we're looking to move on from there. Having Zenoti working with us now is so important to facilitate that growth.
The migration process coming from any provider to a new one, especially one as vast as Zenoti, can always be a challenging process. But there's not, the team is so helpful. Nothing's too much of an issue. They're available at any time throughout the day. The UK team within the noughties great. They've got loads of experience working with salons, but also lots of ideas about how to implement Zenoti into your business to make sure that you get the most out of them.
Having seen Zenoti Mobile for our staff has been amazing, they're able to look at their figures, they're able to look at their commissions. It's really motivated the team. And it's really improved their sales and their performance in salon. The online booking feature has been really easy to use. We've seen a dramatic increase in our online bookings and our clients love it too. The introduction of smart marketing into our business just brings a whole new host of opportunities.
I've never actually had an iFeature that's available to us, so the fact that will be working autonomously on its own, analyzing our data, sending out campaigns, it's just going to be so helpful. We've loved implementing the geofencing capabilities into our business, having the ability for a customer to walk into one of our stores and automatically be checked in via their phone and then for a notification to be sent to stylist to let them know that they're here just makes the whole operation so slick and once again helps to improve the customer experience.
I think Zenoti offers something that I haven't seen in any other software providers in the UK. It offers a level of detail when looking at your business in terms of KPIs and analytics that I haven't seen from other software providers. Then go with that data, move forward to then turn it into structured marketing campaigns and look at really how you can move the business forward is for me. So far, I haven't seen anything else like it.
