Hi, my name is Myra Sagitawaty. I'm the managing director of Irwan Team Hair Design. Irwan team hari design is a salon in jakarta, Indonesia. And also we have 13 salon and one Irwan team Academy in Jakarta.
Before we work with the Zenoti system, we have a separate system for schedule and also the process. So with the daily operation in Zenoti, we can make the very easy online booking reservation to our guests.
So the client can easily book through the mobile app and at the same time, our staff in the front desk also can see the reservation right away. So it really helps our business to grow better. We can create and send reminders to and confirm appointment to our clients, reducing the likelihood of no shows.
Our staff is very happy about the Zenoti. With the system before we use the Zenoti mobile, our staff cannot easily check their schedule. They have to check it manually. And they can prepare better for the clients before they come. The inventory system help us very fast to give us the insight and also the forecast if we want to grow the business more.
I can manage better for all staff in all our branch.
