I am the director of financial operations and guest services with St. George Med Spa out in St. George, Utah.
Zanotti is very integral into our guest and our our patient experience because it keeps us on track. It keeps us efficient. Keeps us effective, it keeps us organized, and there's there's so much information that we utilize minute to minute, you know, whether that be at the front, making sure that the day is organized and ready to go. In the rooms, our providers have it on their iPads. They're constantly utilizing the tool to go through the appointments and make sure that they are doing exactly what needs to be done in that amount of time with the patient files and the patient notes and the patient history and information. So it's just it's a huge integral part to pretty much every aspect of the business and our guest interaction.
It's much more user friendly. It's not only user friendly on our side of being a business, but it's also user friendly as a guest facing front. The user interface is fantastic, but it's also integrating with other programs that we use, such as TouchMD. And so it's almost a it's a flawless, seamless path every single day from one to the next.
Zenoti has a plethora of information that you can dig into, I mean, on a granular level. You can dissect pretty much anything you want in the program. Using it for the bigger picture, for forecasting and budgeting, and it's just it's endless. Opportunities are endless with the numbers. And and like I said, I'm I'm all about the numbers, obviously, financial operations.
And Zenoti makes it very easy to get very specific.
Growth for us currently is adding rooms and providers and treatments and expanding our our clientele base. And one thing that Zenoti is fantastic for is, well, many things. It helps us keep all of that in order, but it also helps us plan for the future. It also helps us reach out to different demographics with campaigns and emails and text marketing, you know, things that we may not think of.
Zenoti is there kind of spreading our existence into areas that we may not think of. And so that's definitely a tool that we will utilize for growth. Utilizing a tool like Zenoti now really gives us kind of a leg up in the game. So should we expand or I don't know that we would franchise, but, you know, create multiple locations, we already have that under our belt to kind of propel us into the next step.
