Zenoti empowers The Vanity Bar: Refining ops and planning for growth

We call ourselves a boutique med spa. So it's a little smaller, we're a little more niche and curated in what we do. When we were looking for a software, having one that has a lot of options, to kind of customize and do really what we want to focus on was really important. Having those extra features that we can utilize and that customization has helped us do more of what we want to do, whether it's with you know, selling packages, gift cards, memberships, things like that. Just being able to really bring our vision, to fruition with all of the features has been really, really helpful.

I would say the one thing that we can't live without is just how easy it is to manage appointments for our front desk gals. Whether it's rescheduling, putting somebody on a wait list, moving appointments, just drag and drop. It's it's just so easy for them and before that was always a struggle. So it it's the girls are so busy up there that it's just so nice to have that be easy for them.

The app feature has been one of our favorites. So just a lot of other, softwares that we were looking at didn't have a feature for an app. And it was just one thing that we had always wanted from the beginning because you know everybody's on their phones all the time. Everybody loves a good easy app for scheduling.

So just being able to hop on, open a Vanity Bar app and do what you need to do is huge for us. Memberships are a huge portion of our business I would say. And Zenoti does make it really nice having all those different options that you can use to set up membership. We do it a little differently where we have like a dollar amount that they get back every single month.

So just the fact that you guys have different ways you can set that up, it still makes it really easy for us to have our own unique membership system.

Whether it's our memberships or what have you, just being able to squeeze every last, bit of juice out of that space is really important to us. Just so that we can get to that goal of eventually having maybe one or two more locations.

I mean, sky's the limit so it could grow up from there, but I just feel like Zenoti really makes that possible because we have so many different features we can use to do that. And that's very important to us is having a software that can grow with us. And we saw the potential with you guys for that too. So that was really wonderful just being able to know that, you know, when we do reach those goals of being bigger and expanding, it's just so easy for us to be able to scale that and just add another location, add another location.

So I don't think anything's really gonna have to change because it's all still flowing that same way. If a friend or peer asked me about Xononi, I would definitely say go for it. They have so many features that you can use to leverage your business, you know, and you guys have so many different categories too. So whether it's med spa, hairstylist, regular spa, like you have something for everybody and you just have so many features that you can make it your own.

It's It's just wonderful.
