In our environment, we'd like a very relaxed environment. So we want eyes to come in feeling really, really comfortable and relaxed in the environment. Also with our staff, we want them to be who they are.
The online booking features and the way it's set up, has worked very efficiently for the clients. And more than that, it's allowed us to sort of like upsell services very, very seamlessly, which is easy. So that reminds the clients in a big way, and they, they book it, that increases sales for us. And and it's working out really well.
Every staff member has their own app so they can manage their own schedules. So they could take a look at their schedules well in advance. If any modifications need to be made, they can make it.
But they could also rebooked their appointments straight from the reps. That's really a big key feature for us that I think is working out exceptionally well. From a payroll perspective, everything all dates into one. It's just nice and easy.
With every sort of soft where you need to make sure that you know enough about it and you're utilizing the features that it has. The software is gonna allow certain aspects of the business to be sort of controlled and measured in a particular way in order for me to know what's going on in real time. The referral program that we just recently implemented is starting to work out really, really well for us.
