So I've been delivering the nutrient injections for almost 20 years. I started as a midwife, so I consider myself a pioneer in the industry when it comes to nutrient therapies. And I think that what's unique about our business model is that we do have doctors at almost all of our locations. So, if people are having deeper concerns, they will be able to address those.
We've embraced technology and software almost since the beginning of the business. We've been in business for almost 10 years. And Zenoti has really, allowed us to have a better client experience, better staff experience. It's been a good software for us in terms of helping us manage our bookings and scheduling and collecting payment.
It's basically one of the first touch points for clients, when they visit our website. You know, there's links to our online booking portal. We also have the consumer mobile app where clients or new clients can discover us and book. So, I would say that 40% of our bookings happen online. It's been great for the business.
Zenoti is 98% of our – it's our core software. So, obviously, we're using it for online booking, scheduling, memberships, payments. Everything. Membership's going to be a big part of it too. With Zenoti, we've actually launched the program. We have different tiers, and it's really allowed us to support those different tiers and different payment options. And so, it's definitely, what was one of the advantages or selling points for moving our business to Zenoti.
