Envi Salon and Spa: Scaling with confidence since 2016

Our relation with Zenoti goes way back. We started in 2016. The introduction of Zenoti was one of the best things which has ever happened to us. It has made sure there are a lot of processes which we were doing in the salon has been done more efficiently.

A lot of stock which we were using, we were trying to identify where it was being used, how it was being used. Using Zenoti, we were able to efficiently track the service-level consumption of each and every item. It not only helped us identify the actual utilization, but it also helped us track a lot of things which were getting missed out. So, this was one of the main things which has also helped us in the service and inventory part of it.

The Zenoti system is so robust that it has efficiently let us scale up in a very fast manner without having a lot of worry at the back end of how we would be able to manage it because of its marketing capabilities, the whole operations part of it, the way it has been integrated with a lot of our systems. So, we were able to scale without actually losing control of our systems.

One of the main details in not tracking marketing is not being able to understand where the spend is going. But the way campaign managements are there, the way loyalty programs are there, it has actually helped us to understand how each and every marketing campaign is going. And it has helped us efficiently get the proper ROI of each and every campaign.

We are not worried about lot of data leaks, which is one of the main points in our industry. The Zenoti system is so robust that it helps us make sure that whatever data we need to be seen for whichever type of jobs, it is also being maintained.

The relation which we have with Zenoti and the way Zenoti has grown, it has also helped us grow as well. There are a lot of continued improvements in Zenoti. This is one of the main things which we also look at. We look at Zenoti where they are able to provide and help us grow in a very structured manner.
