EverySkin streamlines admin, boosts client engagement

A chain of UK-based clinics offering diverse aesthetic treatments, EverySkin uses Zenoti to personalize services for a large customer base.

I’m Alice. I’m one of the co-founders and co-CEOs of EverySkin. We launched the business three years ago with Zenoti, and we use them for a whole suite of services from our booking system to our point of sale to our CRM platform, loyalty program, referral programs. We use quite a lot of the different elements that Zenoti offers.

What I love most about it is how simple it is for my team. I really want my team to be engaging with customers and not have to worry about the back-end administrative side. So, having a booking system that is just really easy for them to use makes their lives easier, makes our whole customer experience easier and allows us to focus on delivering that brilliant service that gets people coming back.

Growth to us means being more relevant to more people more often and driving that loyalty amongst our customer base, you know, taking the time to really understand what our customers want for our brand being at the forefront of innovation and delivering that to more customers. We’ve opened six clinics so far. Excited to open more in the near future to bring our brilliant services to more people.

Zenoti empowers that by being a really easy-to-use tool, by having everything integrated in one place, whether it be that booking platform or the point of sale or the CRM that allows us to understand our customers’ shopping habits and be able to communicate to them in the most relevant way.

We are a people business. We need our team focused on customer engagement and think Zenoti is absolutely critical in allowing our teams to do that, to give them the tools for the booking, the analytics, the CRM, to allow us to quickly open more locations.

I think what’s also really important for myself and my co-founder is all the analytics that’s available in Zenoti. We have a huge number of customers that walk through our doors, and having those easily accessible reports on understanding customer shopping habits – how the different locations, different local areas, differ in terms of what their needs are – will allow us to better tailor our services and our proposition to different catchment areas as we open more clinics.
